Ms. Tuba Rahna is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a Master's in Clinical Psychology (MSCP) from NUST, having undergone intensive clinical training and supervision. She has been recognized for her academic achievements, having received distinctions and first position during her MSc and MS studies. Her clinical and organizational experience of 3 years includes facilitating individuals aged 13 to 55 years with various mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues among others. She is primarily trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and actively engages in professional development for other therapeutic modalities. She is passionate about empowering her clients to actualize their potential and achieve lasting and meaningful goals through a process based reflective approach.
